The 7-Step online course takes you on a journey within, which peaks with the most fundamental realisation you can make – the recognition of your own pure peaceful being within.
During this course, we’re going to need you to be as alert, still and peaceful as you can be.
Henceforth, stay away from intoxicants for the duration of this course, eat a simple, healthy diet, and try to minimise excess stress where possible.
It is recommended that you do this course over a week (one session a day) and allocate around half-an-hour each day for the guided meditations.
